At present, Prime Choice Fine Quality Meats operates from our head office in Amadeo in Cavite. This is where we prepare all our produce in our fully equipped butchery, under the expert supervision of our master butcher, Felix 'Jun' Manicdao.

Felix qualified as a butcher over 25 years ago and has since trained under and worked with the best in the business including a lengthy spell within the famed Bretto empire.

Our Company has recently been extremely lucky to have gained the services of a highly qualified Butcher with over 46 years experience, RexBrooking, direct from New South Wales in Australia. He is going to be ahuge asset to Prime Choice and will enable us to introduce new products to our customers.
